Delivery areas and charges

Our delivery profiles cover the United Kingdom and Ireland. Delivery availability and charges depend on the products ordered and the delivery address.

For products in our general shipping profile, UK mainland and Northern Ireland shipping is free for orders below £600 and £72 for orders of £600 or more to cover insurance, shipping and handling.

Standard International delivery rates apply to general-profile orders to Ireland.

Vouchers in our digital-delivery profile have no shipping charge but can take 2 working days to process.

For Additional Needs products in our assessment-required profile, please contact us about assessment and arrangements before ordering.

Processing and dispatch

We dispatch orders within 3 working days, except for pre-orders and backorders. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a delivery timeframe. Please contact us for dispatch information for pre-orders and backorders.

Car-seat delivery and tracking

For bulky car seats or specialist seating, please check the product-specific delivery charge and contact us with any questions about delivery arrangements. For help with your carrier, tracking information or a delayed delivery, contact us with your order number.

Collection and fitting

Our collection instructions provide for a free one-hour fitting by appointment at Rayleigh and Towcester. Use our booking system to book a time thst suits you best, we will fit the seat in your car and show you how to use it. Belfast collection is by appointment only but no seat fitting is available unless agreed in advance. Please wait for your appointment arrangements before travelling.

International delivery

Ireland is the overseas destination covered by our current delivery profiles. For other destinations, or questions about duties and import taxes, please contact us before ordering to confirm the available arrangements.

Address changes and delays

If you need to request an address change or have a question about dispatch or a delayed delivery, please contact us promptly with your order number and the details of your request.
